DeepView Subscription Terms

1. Who we are and how these terms work

DeepView is offered by Stephens Quantum LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Stephens Quantum LLC is a software, technology and digital marketing company that designs, builds and operates software-as-a-service platforms, CRMs, websites, data and research tools, AI-assisted products, and marketing services for businesses. These DeepView Subscription Terms are an addendum to the Stephens Quantum Terms of Service. You accept them when you create a DeepView account, accept an invite, sign in, or use a DeepView report.

2. Accounts, roles and seats

A DeepView account belongs to a company, not to one person. The person who creates it is the Owner. The Owner can invite Admins and Members. Each person uses their own login and counts as one seat. Starter includes 1 seat, Pro includes 3 seats and Team includes 10 seats. Team accounts can add extra seats at $20 per seat per month, up to 25 people in total. A pending invite holds a seat until it is accepted, canceled or expires (7 days).

• The Owner controls the plan, billing, roles, ownership transfer and account deletion.
• Admins can invite and remove Members, manage client folders and branding, and see every report in the account.
• Members run reports and see their own reports, reports shared with them, team-shared reports and client folders they have been added to.

Reports, call plans, share links, folders and brand assets belong to the company account. When someone leaves or is removed, their access ends right away and the reports they made stay with the company.

3. Sign-in and devices

Each person can use DeepView on up to 2 devices. Signing in on a new device requires a one-time code sent to that person's email. Confirming a third device signs out the least recently used one. Logins may not be shared.

4. Plans, usage and fees

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly number of reports shared by everyone on the account (Starter 10, Pro 40, Team 120) and a fair-use research limit. Unused reports do not carry over. Usage resets on your billing date each month.

• Upgrades take effect right away. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You may need to remove people first so the team fits the smaller plan.
• Fees are non-refundable except where a law that cannot be waived requires otherwise.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Canceling, read-only access and deletion

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, the account is read-only for 90 days: you can view and download existing reports and existing client links keep working until they expire, but you cannot run new reports or create new links. After 90 days of read-only access, the account and its reports are deleted. Choosing a plan again during the 90 days restores full access.

The Owner can also delete the account from Team settings. Deletion signs everyone out and stops all client links right away. The Owner can undo it within 7 days. After 7 days the account, its reports, folders, links and brand assets are permanently deleted.

6. Free try

Each person and each company gets one free analysis. We limit it by email address, phone number, device and company or email domain.

8. White-label reports (Pro and Team)

On Pro and Team, client reports, client PDFs and share pages show your logo, colors, company name and contact line instead of DeepView branding. You may only upload logos and names you have the right to use. You are responsible for what you send to your clients under your brand. If you connect your own share address (for example reports.youragency.com), you must control that domain, and you must keep the DNS records we give you in place. We may stop serving a custom share address that is misconfigured or misused. Starter reports show a small "Made with DeepView" line.

9. Call plans

Call plans (trainer briefs) are confidential and for internal use only. Each downloaded call plan PDF is watermarked with the account name, the person who downloaded it and the date. Account Owners and Admins can turn call plan downloads off for Members. Only the client report is meant to be shared outside your company.

10. What DeepView is

DeepView compiles information from public web sources and certain third-party services and uses artificial-intelligence models to draft analyses. Reports may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Statements labeled "Assessment", communication-style notes and recommendations are opinions, not facts. You must verify anything before relying on it.

11. Permitted use

Use DeepView only to prepare for business-to-business sales conversations. You will not use any report (a) to make or support decisions about any individual's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or similar purposes; (b) to harass, defame or discriminate against anyone; (c) about individuals located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom; or (d) in violation of law. Communication-style notes about individuals are speculative and are not for any eligibility decision.

12. Third-party content

Some data comes from Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html) and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Google ratings and reviews are shown live from Google with attribution and are not stored or exported by DeepView. Brand names and logos belong to their owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

13. Corrections

If a report contains something wrong about a business or person, the business or person can write to the notices address below. We review and correct it promptly.

14. Other terms

Sections 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 14 (Governing Law and Venue) and 14A (Dispute Resolution) of the Stephens Quantum Terms of Service apply. You will indemnify Stephens Quantum LLC for claims arising from your use or distribution of reports, including reports sent under your own brand. Legal notices go to richard@stephensquantum.com.

Referral Terms

1. Every DeepView account has one referral link. Referrals belong to the account, not to the person who shared the link.
2. A friend who signs up with your link and starts a paid plan gets 20% off their first month.
3. When the friend's first payment succeeds, your account earns one credit: 20% off one future monthly bill. The credit is applied automatically to your next renewal bill that does not already have a discount.
4. One credit per paying friend account. Later payments by the same friend earn nothing more.
5. An account can earn at most 3 credits in any 12-month period. Each credit expires 12 months after it is earned.
6. No credit is earned when the friend uses the same email domain as your account (except public email providers such as Gmail), the same company or company website, the same payment card, or an email that belongs to someone already on your account.
7. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and end if your account is canceled or deleted.
8. We may withhold or remove credits earned through fraud, self-referral or misuse, and we may change or end the program for future referrals with notice.
